Beginner Brush Calligraphy 3/26/2022 1-4pm
In Person Class
WHAT: This is a beginners workshop for the basics of brush calligraphy. The class will cover how to hold the brush pen, applying pressure (thick/thin lines), and the foundational brush strokes. We will apply those techniques to creating lower case letters as well as how to connect our letters into words.
WHO: This class is perfect for anyone interested in learning who have no experience at all or have experimented with calligraphy on their own but would benefit from extra guidance and feedback. Those who have more advanced skills but would like to re-learn the foundational concepts and receive feedback are welcome- just know that we will not go over advanced techniques.
